Transport packaging typically does not accrue at end consumers, but remains in the retail trade. They bundle serveral sales units into one tranport unit. The obligation to take back tranport  packaging  is regulated in §15 Packaging law. 

The provision of an EfB-certified disposal partner network And service team for order processing As well as support in the implementation of its duty to inform (according to § 15 sec. 1 p. 5  packaging law) and the extension of its registration (according to § packaging law) in form of an info pagage via PDF. 

Not included in the service fee are the preparation of a documentation (according to § 15 sec. 3 p. 4 packaging law) as well as the costs of collection
